At SpecTech, we believe buying technology should be straightforward.

If something isn't right, we'll always work with you to find a fair solution.

Every custom PC is built specifically to your chosen requirements.

Because of this, completed custom systems cannot normally be cancelled or refunded simply because you've changed your mind.

This does not affect your statutory rights if the product is faulty or not as described.

For eligible products purchased online, you may return unused items within 28 days of receiving them.

Certain products may be excluded from return where permitted by law, including bespoke or made-to-order items.

Labour charges are non-refundable once repair work has been completed.

If you believe a repair has not been completed correctly, please contact us as soon as possible so we can investigate.

Repair workmanship is covered by our 90-day Workmanship Guarantee.

Replacement components supplied by SpecTech are covered by their individual manufacturer's warranty.

Labour relating to installation is covered by our 90-day Workmanship Guarantee.

If a product develops a fault within its warranty period, we'll happily assist you in diagnosing the issue.

Where appropriate, we'll also help guide you through the manufacturer's warranty process.

For complete custom systems built by SpecTech, we'll manage warranty claims on your behalf wherever possible.

Approved refunds will normally be processed using the original payment method.

Please allow several working days for your bank or payment provider to complete the transaction.

Nothing in this policy affects your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 or other applicable UK consumer legislation.
